Visibility-Ready Websites for Trades and Service Companies

Most trades websites get visited. Yours will get calls.

If your website isn’t structured for Google and AI, optimized for mobile, and built with content that speaks to your market, it isn’t working. We build it so it does.

One Thing.webp

Your Website Has One Job.
Most of Them Aren’t Doing It.

A trades or home service business lives and dies by the phone.

Every day someone in your area searches for what you do and either calls you or calls a competitor.

That decision happens in about three seconds, and your website is usually what tips it.

Most trades websites were built to look good at launch.

They weren’t built to get found on Google, get read by AI assistants, load fast on a phone, or give a prospect a reason to call instead of scroll.

That’s not a design problem. It’s a structure problem and a structure problem requires a rebuild, not a refresh.

The good news: if your current site isn’t generating calls, it is almost certainly a fixable problem, not a permanent one. A Visibility-Ready Website is built from the ground up to fix every piece of it.

We Build the Site.
Google Finds It. You Get the Call.

Every Visibility-Ready Website is built around five things that determine whether a trades or service website actually performs. Not one or two. All five. Because a site that loads fast but doesn’t rank is invisible. A site that ranks but doesn’t convert is expensive. You need all five working together.

Built To Get Found

Hub-and-spoke page architecture with your services, cities, and neighborhoods all connected the way Google expects, so you show up when someone nearby searches for what you do.

Built To Get Read By AI

Schema markup and scannable FAQ content tell Google and AI assistants exactly who you are and what you do. When someone asks ChatGPT or Google who to call for a plumber in Suffolk, a well-structured site is what gets recommended.

Built To Load Fast

Images optimized, mobile performance tuned, Core Web Vitals met. A slow site loses the customer before they read a single word  and Google factors that into where you rank.

Built With Your Content

Every page is written from your Visibility Roadmap, your services, your cities, your voice. No generic copy that could belong to any contractor in any city.

Built To Convert

Clear calls to action, a logical path from any page to a contact form or phone call, and a structure that gives a first-time visitor a reason to reach out instead of bouncing.

Start with the Roadmap or Go Straight to the Build Either Way, You Get the Full Picture

Before we build a single page, we need to know exactly where your current site stands what’s working, what’s costing you calls, and what the new site needs to fix. You have two ways to get there.

Option 1

Start With The Visibility Roadmap

Investment - $499 credited toward your website build when you move forward

What It Is - A complete audit of your digital footprint, website, Google Business Profile, citations, reviews, and AI recommendation presence. You get a clear picture of where you stand and a priority action sequence before we build anything.

Best For - Business owners who want to see the data before committing to a build. The $499 is not a sunk cost, it applies directly to your website investment when you move forward.

Option 2

Go Straight To The Website Build

Roadmap Delivery - Included and delivered after your first website payment at no additional cost

What It Is - Your Digital Visibility Roadmap is completed and delivered after your first website payment, so you have a full picture of where your current site stood and what the new build is designed to fix. No waiting, no extra cost.

Best For - Business owners who are ready to move and want to get started immediately. The audit arrives early in the build process so it still informs the final product.

How Long To Build A Website.webp

How Long Does A Build Take?

Most Visibility-Ready Websites are complete within 6 weeks from project start, as long as we have your visual content ready to go.

The One Condition

Photography and video are the longest lead item on any build. If your visual content is ready at kickoff, we move fast, no delays on our end.

If you need photography, the Signature Build includes a Tony Claire Photography session and we schedule that at the start of the project.

What can extend the timeline?

Additional pages beyond the standard build, CRM setup, BDE funnel builds, or Zapier integrations are scoped and scheduled separately. Your 6-week timeline covers the core Visibility-Ready Website.

Not sure if your website is actually generating leads?

Take the free Website Health Check. Seven questions. Honest answers. No follow-up call scheduled automatically.

You will know in about three minutes whether your site is pulling its weight or quietly costing you calls.

 Frequently Asked Questions

Do you only work with trades and service companies?

Yes. Every Visibility-Ready Website is built specifically for trades and service businesses, contractors, HVAC companies, plumbers, electricians, roofers, lawn care, pest control, cleaning services. The page structure, content strategy, and local SEO architecture are all built around how those businesses get found and how their customers make decisions.

My current website was expensive. Why isn't it working?

Because most websites are built to look good at delivery, not to perform over time. A site can be beautifully designed and still be invisible on Google, unreadable by AI, slow on a phone, and missing the content structure that turns visitors into calls. Price does not equal performance. Structure does.

Will I be locked into a contract?

No. The website build is a project with a clear deliverable, your site, built and launched. Ongoing Done For You management is available after launch but never required. You own your Wix site outright and can manage it yourself from day one.

What do I need to have ready before we start?

At minimum a clear list of your services, your service area, and any website quality photos or video you want to use. If you do not have photos, the Full Build includes stock photography and the Signature Build includes a Tony Claire Photography session. The more you bring to kickoff, the faster the build moves.

What if I want to add pages or services later?

Additional pages are scoped and priced separately after launch. Your core build is designed to be expanded, the hub-and-spoke structure means adding a new service page or city page slots in cleanly without rebuilding anything.

I'm not in Hampton Roads. Do you build websites for businesses elsewhere?

Yes. The Visibility-Ready Website build is available to trades and home service companies anywhere. The Signature Build includes a Tony Claire Photography session, travel outside Hampton Roads is scoped case by case.

Will a new website automatically get me to the top of Google?

Not immediately and anyone who tells you otherwise is not being straight with you. A Visibility-Ready Website gives you the right foundation, correct structure, schema markup, local content, internal linking, mobile performance, so that Google and AI can find, read, and recommend your business. That foundation is what most trades websites are completely missing, and without it nothing else works.

But Google also weighs how long your site has been indexed, how many quality citations point to your business, how strong your review profile is, and how consistently fresh content appears on your site. A new build addresses the structure. Getting to the top of local search results also requires ongoing work, Google Business Profile optimization, new content, and building your authority over time.

That is exactly what Done For You management handles after your site is live. The website gets you in the game. The ongoing work gets you to the top.
