What’s Included in a Visibility-Ready Website Build
Every build starts with strategy and ends with a site that is structured to be found, fast enough to perform, and built to convert the right customers.
Here is exactly what goes into every Visibility-Ready Website and what makes each tier different.

What Every Build Includes
Page Architecture
-
Hub Page - Service hub - the central page that connects all service pages, signals topical authority to Google, and gives AI a clear map of what your business offers
-
Service Pages - Three dedicated service pages, each one targeting the specific search terms your customers use when they need that service offers
-
Location Pages - Areas We Serve page plus 4 location pages, city and/ or neighborhood pages, built for the geographic searches that convert in home service
-
Supporting Pages - Home, About, Contact, one Education page, one Blog post all connected with correct internal linking
Technical Foundations
-
Schema Markup - Structured data on every page so Google and AI know exactly who you are, what you do, and where you serve, the foundation of AI recommendation visibility
-
Internal Linking - Every page connected deliberately, the way Google expects to crawl a trades website, with link equity flowing to your highest-value service and location pages
-
AI-Readable Structure - Scannable headings, FAQ sections, and plain-language content structured so AI assistants can parse and cite your business accurately
-
Mobile Performance - Images optimized, layout tuned for phone-first browsing, Core Web Vitals met, because most of your customers find you on a phone
Content
-
Roadmap-sourced copy - Every page is written from your Visibility Roadmap — your services, your service area, your differentiators. No generic copy, no placeholder text.
-
Your Voice - On Top SEO builds Wix websites that match the owner’s personality and vision — a site that sounds like you, not like every other contractor online.
Digital Visibility Audit included: Every build includes your Digital Visibility Audit, delivered after your first payment.
OR
Start with the Visibility Roadmap at $499 (credited toward your build).
The Three Tiers
Choose based on what you bring to the build
The build itself, architecture, content, schema, internal linking, mobile optimization is identical across all three tiers. What changes is the photography.
Your Wix hosting plan is separate from your build investment and paid directly to Wix. You own your site and your hosting account outright, On Top SEO never holds your site hostage. We will recommend the right Wix plan for your business at kickoff and help you get it set up.

The Build Process
6 steps from kickoff to launch
1. Kickoff
We align on your services, service area, target customer, and differentiators. If you chose the Visibility Roadmap, this session uses your audit findings. If you went straight to the build, your audit is ordered at this stage.
2. Visual Content
You provide photos and video (Foundation), we source stock (Full Build), or we schedule your Tony Claire Photography session (Signature Build). This is the longest lead item, getting this done early keeps the 6-week timeline on track.
3. Content & Architecture
All page copy is written from your Visibility Roadmap. Hub-and-spoke structure is mapped. Internal linking plan is set. You review and approve before we build.
4. Build
The site is built on Wix with schema markup applied, mobile performance tuned, and Core Web Vitals checked throughout. You have dashboard access from day one.
5. Review & Revisions
One full revision round is included. We walk through the site together, note changes, and turn them around fast.
6. Launch
Site goes live. Second payment is due at launch. Your Digital Visibility Audit (if not already delivered) is sent at this stage. We do a final technical check before handing over the keys.
Frequently Asked Questions About Website Builds
What counts as professional quality photos and video?
Sharp, well-lit images shot with a professional camera or a current smartphone in good lighting conditions, not blurry, not dark, not cropped from a group photo. Ideally photos of your actual team, equipment, and finished work rather than stock imagery you sourced yourself. If you have photos from a previous marketing effort or a professional shoot, those usually work. If you are relying on phone photos taken on jobsites, we will review them at kickoff. If they do not meet the standard for a professional website, we will talk through your options before we start.
Why Wix?
Wix gives trades business owners full control of their site without needing a developer every time something changes. You can update your hours, add a photo, or post a blog from your phone. We build the site so it performs like a custom build, but you own it and can manage it yourself.
What if I already have a website?
Most of our clients do. A Visibility-Ready Website is a rebuild, not a patch on top of what is already there. We start fresh with the right structure, content, and technical foundations. Your current site stays live until the new one launches.
Will rebuilding my website hurt my Google rankings?
Not if the rebuild is done correctly and protecting your existing rankings is a standard part of every Visibility-Ready Website build.
The most common cause of ranking drops during a rebuild is broken URLs. When a page moves to a new address and nothing tells Google where it went, the ranking history attached to that page gets lost. We prevent this by mapping every URL on your existing site before we start and setting up 301 redirects in Wix before the new site goes live. Google follows the redirect, finds the new page, and carries the ranking signals forward.
Beyond protecting what you have, a Visibility-Ready Website is built with stronger signals than most existing sites are sending, better structure, schema markup, faster mobile load, and content Google can actually parse.
Most clients see their rankings hold or improve within 60 to 90 days of launch.
The short version: a rebuild done right does not hurt your rankings. A rebuild done carelessly does. We do not do carelessly.
What if I already know my website needs work?
That may be true, but the Roadmap helps you understand what kind of work matters most first. That keeps you from fixing the wrong thing in the wrong order. It also gives you a full picture of your business, your best clients, how to beat your competition, and where your expert opportunities are.
Do I need to be involved in the build?
Yes, but not heavily. We need your input at kickoff, your visual content, and your review at the revision stage. Beyond that, we handle everything. Most clients spend four to six hours total on the build from their side.
What happens after launch?
Your site is built to perform from day one. If you want ongoing support, new pages, blog content, GBP management, or a BDE funnel, we offer Done For You retainers and Done With You quarterly content packages. You are never locked in, but most clients find the site works better when content keeps moving.
Can I add pages later?
Yes. Additional service pages, city pages, or landing pages can be added after launch. We scope and price those separately so your core build timeline stays on track.
What is a Business Discovery Experience?
A BDE is a guided online assessment that educates your prospects and captures leads after delivering value, not before. It lives on your website and can be added as a build add-on or after launch. See the full overview on our Business Discovery Experience page.
